How I create value

Only those who continuously develop themselves can keep up with the rapid changes in our world. Since there are often no one-size-fits-all solutions, I support companies and executives as a coach, trainer and consultant in finding tailor-made strategies for their individual challenges.

  • Design and consulting on talent management and development Introduction of agile methods (e.g. Objectives & Key Results) to effectively embed strategic goals throughout the organization and improve cross-functional collaboration
  • Support in transformations and change management

My contribution

I have many years of professional experience in strategy, business development and HR in a variety of industries, including banking, energy and services. Most recently, as Head of Personnel Development at ista SE, I played a key role in the company’s agile transformation. This experience allows me to combine strategic foresight with practical implementation skills.

My studies in work and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in international business form the basis of my expertise. These are complemented by numerous training courses in agility, HR and change management.

From then to now

During my studies, working with people sparked my passion for practical solutions. I gained my first valuable experience at the student consultancy – and it reinforced my conviction that customer orientation, appreciation and continuous development are the cornerstones of sustainable success.

As a manager, I lived these values in my teams. Today, as a coach and consultant, I am driven by developing practical solutions and helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential.
