How spod.on was founded – pragmatic and purpose-driven

Andy Donaubauer’s career started in corporate. After several years in international companies, the desire for change grew – and with it, the passion to fully dedicate himself to consulting.

With his strength to develop practical yet evidence-based solutions, to act with impact, and to intervene precisely where change is needed, the idea for his own consultancy was born. In early 2022, he founded spod.on – smart people & organizational development.

Why spod.on?

For us, the name reflects our range of services in the field of people and organizational development. Analytical, flexible, fast, valid, and focused – simply smart.

And it reflects how we work:

  • “spod” is short for smart people & organizational development. We believe that every company can benefit from our smart approach.
  • “spot on” means to shed light – we make challenges visible and help address them in focused.
  • “spot on” also means exactly right and to the point – we deliver precise solutions.
