How I create value

Theory is valuable, but practice often tells a different story. My consulting approach is based on the conviction that effective organizational development requires a deep understanding of the realities across different industries.

I bring the ability to quickly immerse myself in complex, unfamiliar environments and assess structures from multiple perspectives. Whether in dynamic start-up settings, established industrial structures, or international corporate environments, I have learned that change is only sustainable when the operational realities on the ground are taken into account. I combine this broad practical experience with analytical precision to make complex issues understandable and prepare strategically sound decisions.

My contribution

My profile is defined by a strong hands-on mentality. Through roles in a wide range of functional areas, from inventory management and the insurance industry to business development in the tech sector, I have built a broad knowledge base.

I complement this practical versatility with the academic depth of my Master’s in Sustainable Innopreneurship.

I speak the language of practice while also understanding the demands of modern, sustainable corporate leadership.

From then to now

My path has been shaped from the very beginning by curiosity and a strong drive for practical implementation. Rather than committing to one direction early on, I deliberately gained experience across different industries to understand how organizations work.

I have learned that flexibility and adaptability are key currencies in the modern world of work. Today, I use this experience to support companies in fully leveraging their potential and approaching transformation processes holistically.
