How I create value
Organizations face the challenge of positioning themselves for the future and for resilience – from attracting the right talent to designing efficient structures and successfully implementing transformations. This is where I come in: with practical, evidence-based advice and many years of leadership experience in international organizations.
What I offer

- Introducing agile management methods (e.g. Objectives & Key Results) to embed strategic goals across the organization and enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Planning, managing, and supporting major change initiatives – from cultural transformation to team and functional realignment
- Establishing sustainable organizational and operational structures that go beyond process design and actively involve employees
- Creating and facilitating training programs and workshops for leadership development, as well as providing coaching for individual growth
My contribution
I have many years of professional experience in strategic and operational responsibility along the entire employee lifecycle – in a variety of industries and business models.
As an executive at top management level, I have held global top HR responsibility and have led organizations through complex change processes.
My professional foundation is based on my training in organizational and personnel psychology, complemented by certifications in change management, OKR Master and management diagnostics.
From then to now
As a first-generation graduate from a working class family, I value down-to-earthness, honesty and a focus on people – always in harmony with business interests. Managing international projects and departments as well as being responsible for transformation and restructuring processes has shown me that change works best when entrepreneurial goal orientation, evidence-based methods, credible communication and humanity work together.
