How I create value

My approach combines pragmatic strategy with a people-centered perspective on HR. I support companies in establishing their HR function as a true business partner – with clear processes, transparent communication, and a sustainable approach to talent development and organizational design.

My work is grounded in experience from both international corporations and mid-sized companies, as well as deep expertise in transformation projects, reorganizations, and the development of modern HR architectures. My goal is to shape HR in a way that drives measurable business success – while fostering a culture where people can realize their full potential.

My contribution

With more than 18 years of cross-industry HR experience – from Global HR Business Partner to HR Project Manager Europe & Asia Pacific – I have gained extensive expertise in medium-sized and large companies.

For more than twelve years I held international management positions, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry and in American and Scandinavian companies. My multinational HR experience includes Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the USA.

Since 2021 I have been supporting companies as an independent HR consultant and interim manager – with a focus on practical, strategic and sustainable solutions.

From then to now

My career has taken me through various HR disciplines – from university marketing and international HR projects to strategic realignment of HR departments. I have spent more than twelve years in international management positions, supporting change processes and advising companies in growth and transformation phases.

In particular, more than seven years abroad, including in the USA and Denmark, have sharpened my intercultural skills and broadened my view of HR as a global field of activity. With this international mindset, I support companies in a practical and future-oriented way.
