Melanie Raschke – Junior Consultant

How I create value

In a dynamic work environment, organizations need to remain successful and adaptable in the long term. I use evidence-based consulting and psychological expertise to make change strategic and sustainable. As a psychologist, I believe that change can only be successful if employees are involved, empowered and motivated.

I focus on clear, aesthetic and target-group-oriented communication. Presenting complex issues in an understandable way creates orientation and facilitates change processes. My structured approach and effective project management ensure targeted and sustainable implementation.

What I offer

I support organizations in their transformation to develop the full potential of their people and remain competitive in the long term.

  • Development of sustainable change and enablement strategies for the successful implementation of organizational change
  • Design of training courses on diagnostic personnel selection, resilience and team building
  • Data collection, processing and analysis of qualitative and quantitative results to prepare fact-based decisions
  • Design and communication of concepts for appealing and understandable communication
  • Use of scientific findings for evidence-based people and organizational development
  • Application of personality tests and competency-based diagnostics
  • Structuring, planning and managing transformation processes
  • Other topics: psychological empowerment, new work, cognitive biases, communication, leadership

My contribution

My psychological and scientific background provides the foundation for an evidence-based approach to consulting. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and a particular passion for diagnostics, personality psychology, and industrial and organizational psychology, I combine current research with proven methods.

My experience includes supporting transformations, in particular the development of content and the visualization of concepts and strategies, as well as planning and management. I am also adept at designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions.

From then to now

During my studies – and especially throughout my clinical internships – I became increasingly aware of how strongly the workplace impacts people’s health and motivation. This insight sparked my interest in designing work environments that foster engagement and well-being. As a result, I specialized in work and organizational psychology and dedicated my master’s thesis to exploring psychological empowerment in modern work models.
