Lisa Pawlowski – Junior Consultant

How I create value

Organizations are increasingly faced with the challenge of making sense of complex developments and deriving effective measures from them. My approach combines analytical thinking, psychological insight, and a people-centered perspective. It is particularly important to me to present data, information, and concepts in a way that provides clarity and enables informed decision-making.

I work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner. In doing so, I provide support particularly at the intersection of analysis, conceptualization, and visual presentation. My goal is to present complex content in a clear, understandable, and audience-appropriate manner—as the foundation for effective human resources and organizational development.

What I offer

I help companies shape change in a data-driven, structured, and people-centered way:

  • Organizational Analysis: Analysis of surveys, data, and information to identify organizational development needs
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Preparation of qualitative and quantitative results to support informed HR and organizational decisions
  • Process and Project Structuring: Support in planning, managing, and structuring transformation and development processes
  • Targeted Communication: Visual and verbal presentation of complex content in the form of PowerPoints, one-pagers, and other communication materials

My contribution

My profile is characterized by an analytical, structured, and practical approach to work. Thanks to my experience in human resources, data processing, and the creation of concept and presentation materials, I bring a strong understanding of organizational challenges.
I complement this practical experience with my interdisciplinary background in psychology, computer science, and media studies. This allows me to combine human behavior, digital systems, and data-driven analysis to create clear decision-making frameworks for effective development processes.

From then to now

Even during my bachelor’s degree in Applied Cognitive and Media Science, I was fascinated by the intersection of human behavior and technical analysis. Through my work with complex datasets and my experience in human resources, it became clear to me: true innovation arises where psychology meets data. As a Junior Consultant at spod.on, I now use my master’s degree in Human-Centered Computing and Psychology to develop data-driven solutions that consistently put people at the center.
