How I create value

My approach to addressing this challenge is to adopt different perspectives and decipher the psychological drivers of collaboration. My contribution

As an industrial-organizational psychologist and scientist-practitioner, I combine a strong academic foundation with a pragmatic approach to implementation, particularly in the design of job architectures and modern compensation models. This enables me to consistently analyze complex HR challenges from a psychological perspective and address them using data-driven methods. Clients rely on my reliable, evidence-based approach and my commitment to developing concepts that are structurally precise and effective in practice.

From then to now

My career path has been shaped by my time spent living, working, and studying in a wide variety of countries. This diversity of cultural influences has not only broadened my personal horizons but, above all, taught me to proactively tackle challenges and always take the next step forward. Thanks to these experiences, I am now able to navigate complex strategic structures and new challenges with confidence.
