How I create value

My ambition is to support companies successfully and sustainably manage change processes. This includes specifying and clearly communicating goals, involving employees in a targeted manner, and promoting their development in line with new requirements.

My keen eye helps to identify interactions within the organization and to develop tailor-made solutions.

What I offer

My consulting approach is systemic and integrative, i.e., efficient solutions are developed taking into account strategy, values, attitudes, structures and processes:

  • Supporting organizations in strategic realignment and sustainable transformation
  • Development and implementation of measures to accompany change, such as communication planning and participation formats
  • Design and implementation of strategic people and organizational development, particularly in the areas of talent management, succession planning and employee engagement
  • Development and support of team building measures and coaching in the field of personality psychology – both for individuals and in team building as well as with a focus on leadership

My contribution

Years of experience in an international environment form the basis for my in-depth expertise in the areas of talent development, strategic succession planning, performance management, employer branding and employee surveys. I have gained valuable insights and developed practical and sustainable solutions through years of group-wide responsibility for these topics.

From then to now

I studied social sciences because I have always been fascinated by the dynamics of organizations and societies. In my professional career, I have been interested in the question of how companies can develop in concrete terms (organizational development) and how employees can participate in and shape this change (personnel development). I have worked extensively on change processes, the role of leadership and communication, and have consulted within the companies at all levels, primarily top management, and have been responsible for global initiatives. Now I am fully dedicated to consulting, supporting organizations and their people in their challenges and developing effective solutions with them.
